Small Business Plan
 Who’s this SEO Plan for: This plan is ideal for a small business on a low budget wanting to test the Search Engine Optimization concept, targeting local markets with minimal online competition. This is also a good choice for local nonprofits.

Includes:
- Review competition search rankings, tactics and plan your SEO strategy.
- Complete site SEO coding review of your current website or technical consulting on new web development for positive SEO results during new design build-out.
- Keyword search term review, consulting and selection for 10 search terms.
- SEO text content editing for up to five pages.
- Meta tag generation for five pages
- Page title and Meta description writing and implementation for five pages.
- Submit site to all major search engines.
- Recommendations for link building. Includes link-sharing implementation with SEO PRO web assets when advantageous.
- Full color performance reports for three months (1 at start, plus three consecutive months for a total of 4 reports. Twelve months of reports for clients hosted with KO).
What results can I expect from this plan?
While we do not offer placement guarantees, our pass performance shows a 91% success rate of getting ranked on page one of a major search engine and a 87% success rate of at least one search term placed in the top three ranking on a major search engine.
How long is SEO effective?
Only three things will change your placement results after the search engine optimization is complete and your site is indexed and ranked. 1) The search engines change their algorithms to the extent that it pushes your site up or down. 2) You change the text or code content on your website. 3) Your online competitors change their website and enhance their search engine optimization, thereby improving their rankings. Most times for small companies, these three conditions are not much of an issue and or happen very slowly over years. We have many clients that have been ranked #1 for several years with no site change upgrades at all.
However, businesses are starting to recognize the power of search engine optimization and everyone in the SEO industry expects it to become more competitive over the next few years. For more competitive, tech savvy industries like Real Estate, Banking and Home Service industries, maintaining a high ranking can be a real concern. A good way to gauge this is by looking at how much money your competitors are spending on phone directory yellow page ads and by noting how many search results come up when searching on your key terms. If the numbers are low, this plan is the best choice. If the numbers are high, consider our SEOPRO PLAN 2. The good news is, if you try this plan first and later decide to move to plan 2 or 3, we will waive the setup fee on those plans. That’s a $750 value credit.

SEOPRO PLAN 2
The Regional Business 10+ Performance Plan
 You pick 10 or more search terms. A monthly invoice is charged based on successful search term rankings on any major search engine for that month. Major search engines are- Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Who’s this SEO Plan for: You already know how important SEO is and want to become a regional market leader. This plan is ideal for Small to medium sized companies who want to aggressively gain leads from regional markets within a couple of hundred miles or closer of their place of business. You only want to pay for results and expect this investment to more then pay for itself. You feel your website will sell for you, if only you could get the right visitors to it.
SEO for regional markets are typically less competitive than national markets so positive search engine optimization results are more likely. But because they are regional, search engine generated traffic volume will typically be less than a national campaign. Therefore the cost of this plan is less than a national (Plan 3) SEO campaign below. But you don’t care, because you only desire to targeted leads (traffic) that are local and that will result in new clients/leads.
Your budget is from $500 - $2,500 per month. Typically our clients have moved their phone book ad budget to our SEO services and gain a 500% to 1,000% ROI. Budget is controlled by how many search terms you want to target. We assist in picking out the right terms that should generate the most revenue.
This is performance based agreement: Your Company pays a small setup fee and nothing more until actual search engine results are reported and verified. You pick a minimum of 10 search terms + regional area titles ('Bay Area,' 'city name' and or 'Northern California'), plus industry terms. For example: “bay area seo company,” or “San Francisco answering services,” etc.
This plan includes all bullets listed in SEOPRO Plan 1, but more detailed and all expenses required to gain top positions, including cost of extra domain names, extra websites and other services required if needed. It also includes continued adjustments as needed and monthly performance tracking reports for lifetime of contract.
Initial cost: $750 setup fee.
Reoccurring cost- $25/mo for every search term listing that is on a first page of one of the top three (3) search engines (Google, Yahoo and or MSN) or $50/mo for every top three (3) listing on page one (1). Only one fee per targeted search term. Other terms will be gained too, but at no additional charge.
Monthly payment example 1: “Oakland Furnace Repair” ranks page one, #4 on Google, #6 on MSN and #5 on Yahoo- Mo fee $25. “Bay Area Furnace Service” ranks page one, #2 on Google, #7 on MSN and #6 on Yahoo- Mo fee $50. Total due for this month is $75.
Monthly payment example 2: 10 search terms rank in the top three, page one of one or more major search engines. Total due for this month is $500.
Note: Because of our heavy investment in these programs (Plan 2 & 3) this option requires a signed one-year contract. In this contract, we include a non-performance escape clause for you at the end of fourth month. If at the end of four months, we haven’t shown improved search rankings, you may walk away from contract. “Improved” means moving up from page three results or better. In other words, we don’t trap you in a contract if we are not performing. Websites not hosted with KO Webhosting, require a $500 retainer refundable after contract expires or contract is terminated.
